Brookside Village is located on the SEAT (Southeast Area Transit) bus line, and close to social service agencies, shopping, parks and beaches. Brookside Village offers 90 apartments for elderly/disabled/handicap and 70 multifamily townhouses. Apartments are rent-controlled with residents paying only one/third of adjusted gross income for rent, if qualified. Income restrictions apply. Heat and hot water are included in rents.
